![[Please swipe] Iโve ever tried Diet Mayo before but it didnโt taste as good as these menus from @dietmayocdsby ๐. I tried their diet menus for 3 days last week and I honestly say to you that I can feel the result ! All the foods are yummy ( especially the boneless chicken and the sweet potatoes ๐ ), come as 2 sets ( main course + fruit for lunch and dinner ), and the foods usually delivered around 11 am everyday ๐. I donโt lie though, so you should try it by yourself for a better you โบ๏ธโจ

Have you eat your breakfast?
I am eating my breakfast right nowand what portion do I usually need to eat for having my breakfast?
- Milk ( I prefer no/less sugar soya milk or low fat milk)
- Any fruits, but as per today I picked banana because it's very easy to eat, you only need to peel the skin๐
- Cereals ( But nowadays I'm into granolas, since granolas contains less sugars and high in fibre than normal cereals.) That's why when I found out that Healthy Cereal Brown Rice Soul it's sugar free and high in Fibre that contains healthy carbs, and it's only 135kcal. I'm so happy! Eating cereals will not be the same anymore!
