It has been raining all day long for many days and the weather kinda takes a toll on my skin. It feels quite dry and dull, and makeup obviously doesn't sit well on it 😔 So today I used some products that would hydrate and make my skin look glowy at the same time 😉 I mixed #Burberry 'Fresh Glow BB Cream' with #Bourjois 'Healthy Mix Serum Foundation' after using #Becca Backlight Priming Filter 👌 #EsteeLauder 'Double Wear BB Highlighter' for undereyes and other areas of my face that need to be brightened. I also layered #Colourpop 'Super Shock Cheek in Lunch Money' over #RMSBeauty Living Luminizer 😆 For blusher, I used #IOPE Cushion Blusher which I have been loving sooo much 😍 It kinda melts into your skin and gives a beautiful natural sheen 👍👍 Then I set my whole face with #MAC Fix+

I believe that prepping your skin prior to doing your makeup is an essential step in achieving great finish as well as extending the longevity of your makeup 👌 And for someone with normal/dry skin like me, I usually combine two types of makeup base/primer altogether; a primer for my T-zone area to fill in and smooth out my pores, something like the @hourglasscosmetics 'Veil Mineral Primer' and @makeupforever HD Primer👍👍 with an illuminating and moisturizing primer to brighten up and hydrate your skin ✨✨ So here are my favorites 😘

Today's makeup; simple with pop of red.

On my face I wore Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base, Lancome Cushion Compact, Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre and added a thin layer of Chanel Joues Contraste in Rouge on my cheeks. Contoured my nose and highlighted my face using Maybelline Nude Palette and MAC Mineralize SkinFinish in Soft&Gentle. Drew the eyebrows using Anastasia Brow Powder Duo in Medium Brown and lined my eyes with a dark brown eyeshadow from Maybelline Nude Palette. Lastly I applied Burberry Lip Velvet in Military Red on my lips using MAC lip brush 👄

Have found myself a new foundation routine lately 🙆 I like to mix my foundation with Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base and a face serum. This combination prevents my foundation to look cakey, gives my skin a healthy look and the Fresh Glow gives it a nice natural glow. The serum I used today was Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate, a new favorite of mine. The other serum I usually use as a mix is Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Serum.•Another new favorite is stained lips. I like to mix 2 or 3 lipstick shades, from light to dark to create the look and complete the look with a taupe eyeshadow and a flushed pink cheeks. The lipsticks I used here were Beyond Cosmetics Rich Tint Balm No 6 as a base color and Beyond Cosmetics Rich Tint Lipstick No 10 as a gradation, blended and smudged them with finger and lastly I patted Emoda Cosmetics lipstick Grace on the center of the lips.•I also tried a sample of Les Merveilleuses LADURÉE pressed powder today and I'm blown away by it. This powder is soft and smooth with an outstanding oil control, it blurred my imperfections so well and has a nice elegant floral scent. Mine is no. 20 that suits my NC15-20 skin well.
