By participating in this giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by the official contest rules. The Clozette Membership Drive 2014 consists of TWO (2) bag giveaways + ONE (1) Grand Prize sponsored by Clozette Pte Ltd.

Participants who did not win in the earlier rounds of giveaway will be automatically entered for the next round of giveaway and be entitled for the Grand Prize draw.

• This promotion is open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippines and Indonesia aged 18 and above.
• Employees of Clozette Pte Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for this contest.
• Participants must complete the sign up as a Clozette or Clozette Indonesia member via Facebook Login.
• Participants can only enter once for the duration of the giveaway.
• Clozette Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the rules without prior notification of the participants and members.

• A participant may only win once for the entire draw.
• At the end of each round of giveaway, ONE (1) winner will be picked by our system from the pool of qualified entries.
  • The first giveaway (Givenchy Antigona Medium Bag) runs from 6 January 2014 to 30 June 2014, 23:59 hours SGT (Singapore Time).
  • The second giveaway (Prada Saffiano Lux Shopping Bag) runs from 6 January 2014 to 30 December 2014, 23:59 hours SGT (Singapore Time).
• Results will be announced on Clozette's official Facebook page and the winners will also be notified through email by a Clozette representative.
• The winners must be available to receive their prizes in person upon winning.
• The winners are bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
• The colours and models of the giveaway bags are subjected to Clozette Pte Ltd’s discretion. In the event that the bag is no longer available, the replacement prize will be from the same bag brand and of equal value.
• The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winners when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and the Clozette Pte Ltd reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner(s).

• The Grand Prize includes provision of SGD$3,000 cash and one (1) pair of adult return economy flights to korea, with full payment of any applicable booking fees and taxes paid by Clozette Pte Ltd (up to a maximum amount of SGD$3,000). Any costs or charges in excess of SGD$3,000 for the cost of the flight including fees and taxes as well as all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• The chosen air carrier will be of Clozette Pte Ltd’s choice.
• The flight tickets are for two (2) adults travelling together and does NOT include additional costs as indicated below.
  • Spending money, meals, accommodation, travel taxes, travel insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, shall be solely borne by the Grand Prize winner.
• The grand prize has to be redeemed within three (3) months from date of winner announcement. Any unused portion of the Grand Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
