Hi.. it's been a while.......................*Trigger warning*If you are struggling with #depression, read until the end or don't read it at all (bcs it might make you feel worse).If you are blessed with good mental health, pls SKIP THIS POST, bcs you'll think I'm a cry baby drama queen, and I don't want it bcs you probably are one of a friend that I cherished..Been thinking whether to write this or not for days, I thought there might be someone who feels the same..I have encouraged myself to choose happiness, to be happy from within, and no one or thing would be able to affect my feeling. But within last week, a series of misfortune happened to me, and of course.. being me, I couldn't help but feeling so effin stupid, useless and unlucky, probably it is indeed best if I just vanished. I counted some words that I saw on packagings to decide whether I should live or shouldn't. I cried in silence in the middle of the night, and early in the morning..My partner caught me crying, (he knew the reason), I was so afraid he'd just blame me and thought I am indeed stupid and useless. But thank God he didn't. He told me that I am still lucky if I see things from the other side..Then I also remembered one of my ex-colleague who had lost so much but not so long after that he had this breakthrough in his life. Probably it's just a storm, that destroyed things that we've built but will stop. Probably I just gotta have more faith..But you know, it's true that if you do your best to see from the other side, there are still good things.. It's never a dead end, it has never been and it'll never be..Let's just try it again, ok? You probably don't (or you think you don't) have supportive ppl around you, you probably got an unprofessional psychologist so you stop coming to one. It's okay.. You still have God and yourself ❤.These are things that made me feel better:- use wysa app- laugh, read funny things, watch comedy, just laugh.- I know you feel like it but stop listening to gloomy music, switch to a good one. I love @jason_mraz 's details in fabric and make it mine.-Make a to-do list for everything, and check it-Stop bc pills

Thank you for my classmate @shiori5604 who agreed with this crazy idea to come with me. Never ever crossed my mind I ever did wall climbing. Why? I’m scared of height. So is she! Didn’t think she will agree with this idea. ⁣

It was funny, at the beginning she was quite scared enough. Turns out she was the bravest one 😂 I was chickened out every time to go down free-fly. But look at her, climbed up to the top and went down without worries.⁣

On Saturday, went to Parnell Market to see what they have but mostly food and not many people there. Then, today, supposed to go to Piha Beach but ended up on Karekare Beach. It was fine day to walk on the beach. Even the wind pretty hard to kick. ⁣

Words cuts.

Too often people finds it so easy to say things that they think is funny, or means nothing - just some flippant words for a cheap or two, but for some (i would say a lot) those words cuts. Deeper than you ever thought and for plenty of us who feels more, we carry it with us like scars.

I'm used to be teased, being bigger than your average petite Asian stereotypes, even when i was once skin and bones, i was never skinny enough for people to stop commenting about my body.

With my demeanor (i am naturally shy, some people mistaken my shyness as bitchiness and sometimes arrogance but when you are older than me/someone i know/a friend of a friend then i tend to hide my shyness with jokes and laughter - which again people mistaken as a welcome sign to say demeaning jokes about me) and my years-younger-appareance (young uns, i'm probably old enough to be your mother) it's just so easy to get too comfortable to say stupid things to me and think that it's okay.

What's weirder to me? Is those people who attacks with their snakey tounges usually have their own weight problems (on both spectrums), this makes me believe that it's their own inability to accept and love their bodies that makes them bitter with the way i love mine. Sad people are pathetic, in their minds others who they think shares their problem (although honestly, they are usually a lot bigger than me) should be as sad and bothered as them, therefore they try to bring you down by saying mean things about you.

Have you ever think people who says mean things about you this way? Coz i know for a fact that it's true... Why can't we all be a little kinder, a little more cautious with our words?

Are there any perfectionists like me?I haven't posted anything around 2 weeks (but i still active on instastories and posted some posts on blog, no worry lol) bcs i was confused to decide and keep filters for my instagram feed (i know it sounds funny a blogger didn't post anything for 2 weeks just because filter problem 🤷🏻‍♀️). Like.. i prefer colorful but i also like warm tone sometimes. So i've decided to use both. Fair enough, right? 😂 -I'm too perfectionist, i know lol.
