1 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣
Nggak pernah sebersit pun melintas dalam benakku bahwa aku bisa mengendarai motor manual.
Ya, 2 tahun lalu menoleh ke belakang aku lebih sering menjadi penumpang ojek online. Mana berani aku menyentuh motor. Trauma kecelakaan di jalan protokol Jenderal Sudirman masih melekat hangat dalam memori yang membekas pada betis kananku.
Tenang, lukanya hampir hilang dibantu teknologi canggih dokter kecantikan.
2 tahun lalu sosok yang aku kenal boro-boro bisa nyetir mobil. Bercengkrama dengan motor metik saja enggan.
2019 Awal baru. Dengan modal nekat setelah perkenalan dengan sesepuh @classicbikerent di Bali. Aku pun memberanikan diri, menggandeng sepupu yang juga seorang videografer untuk kolaborasi @re_satirtana .
Tidak berencana juga tidak berniat. Semua terjadi kilat. Cuma butuh 1 hari latihan penuh untuk benar-benar menguasai dasar mengendarai motor manual hingga gigi 3. Aku cukup bangga dengan diriku bisa menunggangi Kawasaki W175 SE 177cc. 2 tahun lalu aku terlalu takut mencoba hal baru. Tapi tahun ini, aku bisa bilang, aku nggak takut untuk mencoba semua yang belum pernah aku rasakan atau alami. Sebelum semua berakhir penyesalan.
Keluar dari zona nyaman. Kalau itu katamu. Tapi itu adalah pilihan. Apapun pilihanmu, asal membuatmu bahagia dan tidak merugikan orang lain. Tidak ada yang salah. Peduli amat dengan kata orang. Orang boleh berisik macam gemuruh air di laut. Begitu pun hari kemarin, apapun pilihanmu, siapapun yang menang. Semoga itu yang terbaik untuk kita semua. Karena lebih baik kamu memilih untuk hal yang lebih baik. Ketimbang apatis tak peduli.
