Weekend kemarin menyempatkan quick date sama paksu, 3 jam aja keluar rumah berdua. Cuma nonton Little Women lalu pulang lagi. Great movie, btw. Meskipun kangen Owen (apalagi pas ada choo choo train lewat ya ampunnnn, never in my life had I imagined I'd miss someone so bad at the sight of choo choo train LOL), tapi it was so refreshing. Bebas beraktivitas di rumah dengan meminimalisasikan resiko luka bakar ringan. ⁣⁣Belajar seputar jenis - jenis penyebab luka bakar dan cara penanganannya bersama Dr. betha Egih Riestiano. Di Hotel Harris Festival city link. ⁣Tahu ga sih kalau penyebab luka bakar terbanyak tuh adalah air panas dan itu semua banyak terjadi di rumah. Dan anak2 merupakan yang terbanyak loh mengalaminya. ⁣⁣Gimana caranya kalau terkena air panas yg bisa menyebabkan luka bakar.⁣⁣1. Aliri dg air dingin kurang lebih selama 20 menit. ( cooling / turunkan suhu ).⁣ 2. Bersihkan dg sabun perlahan.3. Bungkus dg cling wrap atau apapun yg bs membungkus dan gak lengket.⁣4. Bersihkan kembali dan kemudian oleskan salep @mebocombiphar ⁣sebagai pertolongan pertama pd luka bakar. Jd ga usah pakai pasta gigi ya gengs. Using BB cushion always been my choice for my day-to-day makeup as it’s simple to use and easy to bring anywhere. Recently, I try new Korean BB cushion from @langsre.id, 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐁 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧*, which brings different concept with other cushions I’ve ever tried. ⁣⁣🎀 There’re two colors with different functions in this cushion. The brown color is for the coverage and conceal, while the light pink color is for highlighter and tone up the skin. This cushion comes in 2 shades #21 (light beige) and #23 (natural beige). I’m in shade 23 by the way.⁣⁣🎀 The shade #23 is just perfect with my skin tone. I just never apply the two colors in the cushion together as the result will be too bright for my skin tone, thus I felt like wearing a mask. Instead, I use them alone. I can say it has light to medium coverage as it could not covered well my small redness of acnes around my cheek. Nevertheless, I like the dewy finish given from this cushion. It also good in controlling oil. Once I test it, I didn’t set my T-zone (which tends to get oily faster) with loose powder and that area doesn’t look oily, even I’ve used it for more than 8 hours.⁣⁣🎀 The overall packaging of this BB cushion really represents the most women’s favorite color. With the glossy rose gold packaging, this cushion complete with pink soft puff. I love the good smell of this cushion. This cushion also already completed with UV protection SPF50+/PA+++, even so I still using sunscreen before this BB cushion to have double protection from the harmful of UV rays.⁣⁣*PR/Gifted⁣#cathyangreview

In case any of you missed it, I did a little poll on IG stories last weekend. Ladies, if you aim on leaving to a wedding at 6PM, what time do you start getting ready? I told my husband I was going to get ready at 4PM and he called me crazy (in a loving way, of course) but apparently, most women would do the same! Some would even start getting ready earlier because let’s face it, getting ready requires next-level skills when you have kids! This pleats top can be worn in 2 ways (even more if you’re being creative). Breastfeeding moms cannot gain weight - that’s a myth! Or an overly-simplified statement. Yes, breastfeeding helps you lose more calories. But you can still gain weight if your calorie intake is more than what you burn.That said, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet (note that it is not recommended for breastfeeding moms to go on a strict diet because what you eat affects your baby’s main source of nutrition), it does help keep your overall body weight and fat in check. I still have 2.5kgs over my pre-pregnancy weight but to my surprise, according to the thorough BMI check I did today, I’m already 2 kgs below the ideal body weight and my fat mass is just in the middle of the normal range for women my age. The perks of breastfeeding, I guess!Anyway, setiap ngepost sepatu ini pasti ada yang nanyain.
