Rasanya lama banget gak cerita di insta feed, karena terlalu asyik di insta story ttg tantangan 30 hari ijo ijo. ..Udah masuk hari kedua belas, dan banyak manfaat yg gw rasa. Makin hari makin asyik buat green smoothies apalagi setelah baca buku ttg "Hidup sehat cara Rasullulah". Cara gw melihat alam skrg beda. Well, hal yg paling menyebalkan utk memulai hari itu adalah bangun pagi ๐Ÿ˜‚.. Karena tuntutan pekerjaan aku yg harus ngantor pagi2 maka mau gak mau yah harus bangun pagi. Supaya bisa lebih bersemangat dan fresh maka abis bangun pagi aku yakin semua orang juga pasti mandi pagi ๐Ÿ˜.. Mandi pagi emang kegiatan yg paling menyenangkan, rasanya seperti memberi "me time" di pagi hari sebelum memulai segala aktivitas pada hari itu. Kegiatan paling menyenangkan. "Maskeran" ๐Ÿ˜‚ . Ini aku pakai masker dari @amethyst.id yang Matcha Smoothie. Jadi isinya ini Matcha, oat, french green clay dan lavender eo. Walaupun dia bukan selai tapi spreadABLE ๐Ÿ˜œ pemakaiannya mudah dan aromanya menenangkan. Saat dipakai dingin2 gt aku rasa dan setelah dibilas lembut halus. Kebetulan kalau mendekati bulanan selalu ada jerawat di dagu aku 2-3 gt, setelah pakai masker ini bbrp kali aku merasakan dia kalemin jerawat juga ๐Ÿ˜. I think itu karena lavender eo dan matchanya mmg bagus untuk jerawat ๐Ÿ˜ . . Btw ini yang sering aku lakukan kalo setelah filming hapus makeup lanjut maskeran. Found my new favorite ice cream and dessert place in town @kara.island they serves all about coconut ๐ŸŒด From ice cream, smoothies, cake, cookies, loaf, etc.. and those all definitely healthier than a regular dessert since they use coconut as the main ingredients.
