The unforgotten ones 😰These are some of the concealers I didn't reach for the longest time since I've been practically living on 2 concealers for the past 6 months or so 😅 I decided to take them out from the drawer and put them at somewhere I could easily see them👌.Concealers have always been one of my must-have makeup products and trust me when I say that I am very fussy about them 🤓 I bought a lot and gave away a lot too mostly because of the shades. Some of them were just too dark even though I picked up the lightest shade 😥 That's also the reason why I don't buy drugstore concealers anymore regardless how good the formula is .Rather than buying Western brands, I tend to choose Korean brands when it comes to face makeup nowadays, reason being the range of shades they have matches me better👌 However, there are still one or two that also too dark for me 🤔 For those who are curious, I am about MAC NC15 or lighter.So, here are some of the concealers that have been neglected for quite sometime 😅☘#NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer 'Chantilly' (this is straight off white imo because it is too light for me, but the second lighest shade 'Vanilla' is slightly too pink for me)☘#CLIO Kill Cover Pro Artist Liquid Concealer '3-Linen' (this one is too yellow and dark for me, but I might be able to pull it off by mixing it with the NARS one, superb coverage)☘#TheSaem Cover Perfection Top Concealer '01' (it is slightly too dark for my liking but I still manage to use it for undereye since it got good coverage)☘#CLARINS Instant Concealer '01' (I might also need to mix it with other lighter ones to be able to use it properly, not suitable for dry undereye though, a little goes along the way) ☘#TooCoolForSchool Art Class Camouflage 'No.1' (natural-looking concealer, decent coverage, consists very little product though)☘#TARTE Amazonian Clay Waterproof 12-hour concealer 'Fair Light' (I bought it not long ago maybe two or three months ago and only used it once, great coverage)

I rarely use makeup nowadays even when I go outside. Not because I don't care of how I look, it's actually because I care so much about my skin, that i'm giving it less burden so I will have less acne. As you can see, I still have redness and minor acne due to some skincare that my skin can't cope with. So I'm still fighting with acne, still searching for the right skincare since I'm not planning to go to the doctor again.My lash extensions are still dope even after more than a week! I choose the person beside me as #mydarlingkartini because she proves that being a wife and mom doesn't mean imprisoned in dapur-sumur-kasur only.

When she got married, I was 15 years old and I thought I would lose her. We stayed together long enough and she became sister, best friend, enemy, also teacher all the time. I told her that I was afraid to losing her if she got married. Then, she replied,
"If I marry, my love to you more than now." 💕✌👍 .

Sure I didn't believe 😒. But she proves it until now such as, we can still hang out together, lunch in some places just the two of us, she often makes my ATM full, always on my side when I up and down, also bought so many things for me that I do not ask.

She was very busy as vice principal, had to take care of four children and her husband, but she still do her hobbies in making handmade or knitting and any other activities. She's smart, pretty, rich (LOL), have so many ideas to do, and she can divide the time for those people she loves. She's inspired me in so many ways 😭😆 .

For me she's really strong and independent woman, the truly Kartini nowadays 😍 . Oh, she is my older sister.

For me, beauty is having confidence, understanding and accepting ourselves. Beauty isn't only one look, shape, size, or colour. It isn't even always tangible. It comes in an endless amount of forms and we need to recognize that. I hope that young people nowadays learn this early on so they don't waste their lives being unhappy. I usually get frustrated when putting on mascara, because I have short, straight, thin lashes, it won't make much difference even if put on hundreds coats of mascara.

I'm not too fussy on powders nowadays, because afterall they're just for finishing. As long as they're: not too heavy or cakey, looks natural and light, able to set my makeup and doesn't appear too matte or glittery.

Now we have these two Urban Fix powders from @beautyboxind.
I'm have only tried the natural and radiant pink.
I used the natural for baking under the eyes area. This sets my makeup and help my eyeliner from smudging to the lower lashline area and it neutralises and helps with correcting black undereye a bit. It's really matte, so you need to dust it away with fan brush and make sure to not apply any pressure.
As for the radiant pink, I love how it gives a glowy radiant complexion. The finish is in between Laura Mercier and Nars. Not too light nor too thick.
FYI, my favourite powder so far:
1⃣ Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting powder. Finely milled, light and the yellow tone set a fresher finish to my complexion.
2⃣ La Mer The Powder it able to set your makeup for the whole day, mattifying like NARS but lighter in finish, however the light shimmer particles make the finish appear glowy. However, I don't really fancy powder with shimmer particles in it for everyday use so I never really take the plunge to get the full size tub.
3⃣ NARS loose powder is great if you want a little bit of coverage and matte.
4⃣ MAC MSF natural finish, baked powder but the finish is so glowy! Love the result and now I'm thinking I should repurchase. It's been ages since I last used it.

A mini review on the foundations I'm currently using. Nowadays I opt for a sheer coverage foundation that even out complexion but doesn't really cover up my skin. 1. RMK liquid foundation is lightweight, dewy and it feels so comfortable on the skin. Very easy to blend and control the coverage that you want. RMK is quite famous with their foundation. Applied it with the normal foundation brush.2. Giorgio Luminous Silk Foundation, quite similar to RMK but it has a slightly more well-moisturised look and a tad more coverage than RMK and easier to build up to medium coverage. Normal foundation brush for everyday sheer coverage and flat top/kabuki for medium to full coverage in airbrush motion.3. Dior Nude Air Serum, the lightest among all. Very sheer, velvety and easy to blend. It has less dewy look than the two especially if you layer it up. 3 drops applied with hand for everyday use or kabuki for medium coverage. 4. New to the troops: Marc Jacobs Beauty Genius Gel Supercharged Oilfree foundation. It has more gelish texture than RMK and GA and in terms of finish it's on par with GA. It feels cooler on the skin.

Nowadays, my skin is acting up by being dehydrated and dull. Here are the weapons I use to fight the problems in the night: 🔥I double cleanse my face using I Am Sorry Just Cleansing Cleansing Water from B-Lab (this is a cheaper alternative for Bioderma, though it's not odorless, it has coconut scent) and Nivea White Oil Control Make Up Clear Foam Mud, to make sure I get rid of oil, dirt, and pollution from my skin. 🔥I use SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion using a cotton pad. My friend Tara recommend me to try double toning method by combining exfoliating toner & hydrating toner, but I didn't know much about it but I consider doing it in the future, since my skin is dull nowadays. *Eye-ing Pixi Glow Tonic here 👀* 🔥I pour SK-II Facial Treatment Essence to my palms and gently tap it on my face, under eye area, and neck. It helps another skincare to absorbs quicker and not sticky. 🔥As for serum, I use Garnier Light Complete White Speed Serum Essence. The texture is runny gel and absorbs quickly. It works to make my skin brighter, but actually I prefer oil-based serum since my skin is dehydrated now, like I feel it's oily but skin is flaking. Sad 😞 🔥To compliment the not-so-moisturizing-serum, I use Gulaco 100% Unrefined Shea Butter as night cream. I just rub a pea-sized amount on my palms until it melts and just pat on my skin, under eye, and neck. And don't forget to apply some on the lips. This baby helps my skin glows in the morning and it didn't feel heavy at all, plus it didn't clog my pores. 🔥When I wanna feel fresh and hydrated rightaway, I put a thin layer of Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX. It helps me sleep better because of the relaxing scent. 🔥Lastly, I use Gulaco Sumo Body Butter in Perfect Happiness. Here's an update of the @vintnersdaughter active botanical serum after 2 weeks of using it.I think 2 weeks is too short to give a review but alot of people have been asking me about this serum.So here's a first impression. I think this is a really nice serum that makes the texture of your skin really better in terms of suppleness and elasticity. I pair it up with my retinol serum and I've never see it works this good. Retinol seems to be too drying and aggressive on my skin that it's hard to see result without compensating it with other nourishing and hydrating serums. This one by far is the best companion. On its own it is nourishing, hydrating and definitely makes your skin texture better. But with retinol it's a power couple. I see significant result in my smile lines like never before.Unfortunately, because this is so photosensitive, I haven't seen any brightening result. Everytime I'm using this during daytime and didn't use my sunscreen properly, it always made my skin red. So nowadays, I always apply thick layer of sunscreen if I use this during daytime.You also need to find the perfect amount of product to use because when I used more than 4 drops and not on damp skin or without adding mist, it tends to clogged the pores. So play around with application first.But I think I still need a month or so to be able to give a conclusive review. Because the ingredient itself is so complex. I need to use this after Ramadan to see whether it works on its own. Because my skin is really dry and dehydrated when I'm fasting, I can't experiment too much.
