SELAMAT PAGI! 🌞⁣⁣⁣⁣Menulis merupakan kegiatan menyenangkan. Untuk aku sendiri, menulis merupakan salah satu stress reliever. Hanya saja kadang ada di mana bosen juga. Namanya manusia, masih suka bosen. Siapa di sini yang sefrekuensi?⁣⁣ 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️⁣⁣Terkadang udah niat bikin fotonya, tapi males nulisnya. Macem edit video, udah kelar shootnya, tapi males ngeditnya 😂 Sekalinya rajin bisa nulis kurang dari 2 jam dan siap tayang. Berawal 2007 aku suka random nulis puisi (Iye, Elnie anaknya suka nulis puisi macem pujangga) diberbagai platform. Dari friendster hingga my space. Lalu mulailah bikin blogger. Awalnya isinya pun random, nggak langsung memilih beauty niché. Curhat lah, puisi, tentang sehari-hari. Hingga akhirnya 2008 aku memutuskan untuk menulis tentang beauty. Awal di mana aku juga belajar dandan karena kewajiban kerja di bidang hospitality industry. Dari yang kulit kusam, jerawatan, rambut kek sapu ijuk. Pelan-pelan, nonahitampahit.co berkembang. Hingga menjadi trademark aku ketika event. Banyak yang nanya, kenapa Nona Hitam Pahit? Kenapa nggak Hitam Manis? Ice coffee for less-bitter day.And here the story of the day:Nothing related to this coffee but it does bitter. ..Saya barusan nonton video tentang pelamar kerja yang protes dan mengungkapkan isi hatinya betapa biaya melamar kerja demikian tinggi dengan kesempatan yang rendah, begitu dekat dengan angka 0. Padahal katanya lowongan banyak.Barangkali menyuarakan dengan baik isi hati banyak pencari kerja. Bolak-balik cetak lamaran dan kirim dengan biaya, bolak-balik datengin panggilan dan ikut tes tapi belum diterima. Yang katanya semua usaha itu kalah dengan 'orang dalam'..Berhubung saya juga mantan pencari kerja, saya ngerasain betul apa yang dia rasakan. Memang perusahaan pasti selalu milih yang terbaik dalam segala aspek, selalu ada ranking dari semua pelamar. Meskipun banyak kualifikasi bagus, ga banyak orang yg nasibnya mudah untuk dapat kerja dibawah satu tahun pencarian. Bukan karena kurang pinter, tapi memang ada banyak aspek...Terlepas dari semua itu, memang sudah waktunya kita membebaskan diri dari 'rantai' penggunaan orang dalam. Banyak orang yang males usaha, males kerja karena ngerasa kuat di 'orang dalam'. Sebenernya ini merugikan internal perusahaan sendiri. Tapi susah memang kalau sudah mental ya... dan susah banget untuk mempengaruhi orang agar bisa hidup dalam persaingan yg lebih adil..Yang bisa dilakukan hanya mulai dari diri sendiri, putus rantai pemanfaatan 'orang dalam' dari kita sendiri. Jangan memanfaatkan koneksi, meskipun kita bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan itu. Dan setelah berada diposisi mapan, jangan membantu orang masuk ke kantor kita semata karena koneksi, kenalan atau keluarga atau apalah. Ya kalau sekadar ngasih tips&trick biar bisa diterima, info lowongan, masih wajar kok. And be proud with yourself and effort. Ga gampang,tapi bukan berarti ga mungkin. Ingat bahwa memanfaatkan sesuatu dgn cara yg tidak semestinya, bisa jadi kita sedang mendzolimi nasib orang lain dalam prosesnya...Menurut saya pribadi koneksi pribadi yang layak dan sesuai hanyalah hiject. Atau orang yang sudah berpengalaman di bidangnya dan sudah banyak diketahui hasil kerjanya yg bagus, lantas ditawari posisi/gaji lebih besar di perusahaan lain..

Its alright to be picky. Nothing wrong with it. As you get older, it’s important to evaluate your friendships or inner circle. Sometimes your circle decreases in size, but increases in value.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣You need surrounded with people who gives you healthy or serving a positive purpose. Why? Because you don’t need more drama in life. Be kind to everyone but for sure you need to draw boundaries with a kind of people that you might think a toxic, who seems to thrive on that drama and is constantly sucking you into it, it may be cause for concern. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣To me, friendship is being your genuine of yourself. Ups and downs. No need sugar coated or be someone else. Friendship is being able to have hard conversations and willing to listen. Friendship is looking out for each other so we don't repeat the same mistakes. Friendship is telling them like it is when they're blinded and can't think straight. Friendship is telling them they're there for you while waiting for you to calm down. Close friendships involve valuing the thoughts and emotions of another person. An important part of friendship is give and take. Sometimes you’re going to need some extra TLC, and sometimes they will. You might disagree with me, but i believe when love brings nothing but hurt then it's time to let go. ⁣⁣⁣This is imperfect photo but perfect moment to captured. We all happy! What’s the meaning of friendship for you? A little bit #StoryOfMylife. Let me introduce you to one of my good friend, @anatawa. Last weekend we celebrate her hen’s party. Cant believe she’s getting married! 💕💃🏻⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I knew her because she was my Airbnb host back then 2017 in Bali. She was soooo nice and friendly. Didn’t expect we become close after that. Take me for awhile to mingle with new people or group. I admiring her story how did she start her career and own business, guest house. She’s smart, pretty, creative, and practical. Her determination and effort shows how hard and detail she is. I kinda related because we also have same issue start everything from zero. Literally zero. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣What I learn from her; if you set your goal, knowing what you want, you’ll get it. No matter what and how struggle it was. We don’t have sugar daddy to get our dreams come true. We become our own sugar mommy for ourselves. Then she became Art Director in one of big digital agency in Singapore for about 10 years. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣It’s important to have inspiring friends around you. Not for jealousy or feel intimidating but to motivate to set your goal and dreams. Nothing wrong with dreaming unless you just let it be dreams without work on it. I learn so muucchh from you, sist.
