Found at @deli2gojakarta worth of IDR9K, not to sweet pastry (yea I like it!) stuffed with sour apple chunks. Rich of cinnamon scent but don't worry you won't taste it at the bites. .

Reminiscing the hyper salted egg rice box trends, this one from @sunnyfatday. Apparently this is the BEST salted egg rice box according to @novitasands for the eggs (of course, this is HQQ!), the sauce, and everything (prinsip #anakgembrot)

When I was a child I iasked mom what was pizza? She said it was like kerak telor, a traditional food from Jakarta: round shape, made from sticky rice and egg, within shredded coconuts and dried shrimp as topping. And I think my mom was right, definitely they are similar in look but diffetent in taste for sure 😅

Kerak Telor Bumbu Bali as written on menu book at @locarasa made me curious, since I was craving for chilli. But the taste were not so different with the original ones, "dough" not as crispy as found at abang-abang but that's ok. May be next I must try the rendang ones. For me, they should reduce the shredded coconut and add more chili flakes + dried shrimp 🌶🦐

When ur hungry at night especially in bangkok! U must go and find 7 eleven! Find minced pork basil! I buy only 40 baht alias rp 15.000 its so damn good, when i go to restaurant i always buy minced pork basil why? Because i want to learn about the recipe.. i love to cook (i want to compare my cook with thai restaurant lol) but this one no doubt! Cheap and good !! Bistik Ayam, I think it's redundant as bistik means beefsteak LOL. Javanese version of Dutch steak, no wonder if the sauce is so sweet. The taste reminds me of Selat Solo.
