Weekend ini pada ngapain nih? Us, we just swim, eat, repeat. 🥰🥰 hahaha. Apalagi Basti, ya ampun bolak balik nyebur aja nggak kenal capek..Abisnya seru banget sih weekend di @Hikemayoran . Suka sama kolam renang & gym-nya yang cuma dibuka buat tamu yang nginep. Jadi ekslusif gitu. Pemandangannya juga refreshing karena letaknya di lantai 3. I Love Burger⁣She Love Sushi⁣⁣Tapi sebenarnya i love both of the hehehe. Iya iya, cita-cita kurus mah jadi susah diraih kalau masih makan sembarangan. Happy weekend 🥰 Awalnya daku berniat weekend siang ini menyelesaikan tugas tulisan2 dan nulis artikel ttg tempat2 makan "all you can eat" selama di Thailand lalu. Sebagai anak yang doyan makan banyak, aku seneng banget sama tempat makan yang nasih opsi AYCE (all you can eat) jatohnya lebih irit karena bisa makan banyak sepuasnya tp bayarnya murah. Nah, akhirnya mumpung awal bulan nih gengs, tadi aku icip icip sushi AYCE di @sushinaruBayar 165rb NET bisa makan sepuasnya sampe perut mblodos😭🤣 dengan harga segitu kamu udah bisa pesen sushi, rice bowl, ramen, appetizer, minuman, dan desset. Not a first-timer but I always enjoy having my box of less-guilty meal from @healthycookstore . They cook for your lunch/dinner based on your needs ( this time I requested for low carbs meal ) and here it is! PAN SEARED BARRAMUNDI WITH MUSHROOM QUINOA that comes in a huge box yet contains only 387 kcal! Taste wise ? Ofc it’s not as flavorful as most guilty food out there, but it’s decent and feels so light, that makes me crave for more!👌. . . And here we go again with this statement : You are what you eat. Breastfeeding moms cannot gain weight - that’s a myth! Or an overly-simplified statement. Yes, breastfeeding helps you lose more calories. But you can still gain weight if your calorie intake is more than what you burn.That said, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet (note that it is not recommended for breastfeeding moms to go on a strict diet because what you eat affects your baby’s main source of nutrition), it does help keep your overall body weight and fat in check. I still have 2.5kgs over my pre-pregnancy weight but to my surprise, according to the thorough BMI check I did today, I’m already 2 kgs below the ideal body weight and my fat mass is just in the middle of the normal range for women my age. The perks of breastfeeding, I guess!Anyway, setiap ngepost sepatu ini pasti ada yang nanyain. So Exhausted... and I'm so tired.. 😢 ... . Sometimes i feel part of me says all of this wants to end soon, but part of me says it won't Sometimes all I need just.. .. . Hiding in my bathroom, needing peace for just one minute, as the tears roll down my cheek Do anything to lay down on my bed and get the rest I need Sitting in my car alone, stuffing food in my face because I don’t want anyone else to see or know I eat that stuff Sleep well for a few hours without any distruption Sitting alone and enjoy my morning coffee while reading my favourite book at the coffee shop Big hug from my best friend In the end it will all be worth it. But for now it’s hard. And it’s hard for so many of us in many different ways ☺️ Hhhhhh....
