Hal-hal yang ku Pelajari Selama Perjalanan ke Baduy:..1. Tau limit diri sendiri. Gapapa orang lain duluan, gapapa kebalap temen seperjalanan. Kalau lelah, istirahat sejenak, tarik napas lebih dalam, lalu lanjutkan perjalanan. Its okay to take a break, as long as you didn't quit. ..2. Mungkin warga Baduy Dalam gak sekolah, gak maen instageram, pantang naik kendaraan. Tapi orang Jakarta Raya tanpa listrik sebentar pasti kerepotan. Kita bukan apa-apa tanpa PLN bepquw👌..3. “Anybody offended by breastfeeding is staring too hard.” Cannot agree more with this quote! A little over 9 months into my breastfeeding journey (hoping to make it to at least one year), so I thought I’d dedicate a post for a photo (or three 😛) of me pumping. I’ve come from the fresh postpartum baby blues of dreading every nursing session to loving it so much, so much that while I can’t wait til the day I officially stop breastfeeding and can’t chug some 🍺 there’s a part of me that wishes that day don’t come too soon. We have been trying to wean off the breasts so Owen is now mostly bottle-fed, but DBF-ing to sleep is a crutch that is much harder to break. We’re taking our time but making progress. Anyway... this breastfeeding-friendly dress I’m wearing is from @mom.bies . Highly recommended! Bahannya ringan, dipakainya adem, bukaan menyusuinya pas. Baju rumah yang nyaman buat busui. Hello Beauty-Fellas! I'm so sorry if i didn't update any post on my blog because of my busy schedule. - Seperti yang sudah aku bilang sekilas, jadwal yang super riweh dalam beberapa bulan terakhir ini membuat kondisi kulit wajahku jadi break-out parah. Tidur tak teratur, konsumsi kafein, dan kombinasi antara oily skin dan dry-skin di beberapa spot seperti smile line, sudut bibir, sudut hidung, dan lain sebagainya bikin super ga pede sama penampilan. Kalau kondisi kulit lagi break-out gini, rasanya ga pengen pake makeup. . Kebanyakan skincare yang beredar di pasaran hanya melembabkan kulit sementara. Sedangkan yang dibutuhkan kulit yang sedang dalam kondisi kering adalah skincare yang mampu mengunci kelembaban kulit, sehingga kulit tidak dehidrasi dan kehilangan elastisitasnya. . Kebetulan kemarin aku berkesempatan mencoba 2 produk khusus untuk kulit dehidrasi dari @clinelleid yang dikirimkan oleh @clozetteid, Dan kebetulan sekali kulitku yang sedang dalam kondisi yang butuh pertolongan #lol. Just slept through the whole day, and youtube binge watching. __ For the past couple of months, i was really took some time for myself. Cut my hair, read lots of books i've abandonded, redecorated my bedroom, rearranged my closet, hanging out with closed ones, bought & tested new beauty products but not really care about creating contents and posting them lol. __ Well, taking a break felt good. Sometimes when we are feeling down, we put on a mask to hide the darkness that lies behind the smile. Getting out of bed can be a major task by itself. When it feels as though a cloud is hanging over our heads, those are the days we push people away the most.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣When a low day hits that doesn’t mean you have to shut out what you are truly feeling inside. Remember you are not alone and you are not bothering others; everyone in life has problems. That doesn’t mean you are adding to another person’s own problems if you share how you are feeling. You are not a burden.
