It's been a year since I resigned from my previous job at school. It was tough. To be in an environment that didn't support me to do better, I felt like I would never grow if I chose to stay.-Luckily, I got this chance to be the part of a web hosting company. There, I learned how to be better and mature, both personally and professionally. And I can say that I'm super lucky to be in this team, with Laura, Mbak Arik, and Didi.-Thank you so much @lramonaityte for visiting us! A little over 9 months into my breastfeeding journey (hoping to make it to at least one year), so I thought I’d dedicate a post for a photo (or three 😛) of me pumping. I’ve come from the fresh postpartum baby blues of dreading every nursing session to loving it so much, so much that while I can’t wait til the day I officially stop breastfeeding and can’t chug some 🍺 there’s a part of me that wishes that day don’t come too soon. We have been trying to wean off the breasts so Owen is now mostly bottle-fed, but DBF-ing to sleep is a crutch that is much harder to break. We’re taking our time but making progress. Anyway... this breastfeeding-friendly dress I’m wearing is from @mom.bies . Highly recommended! Bahannya ringan, dipakainya adem, bukaan menyusuinya pas. Baju rumah yang nyaman buat busui. I’ve been using this Rose Water & Grapeseed Oil from @theskinneeds for about 1,5month. Gue pake Oil nya cuma 1x seminggu as part of my weekly routine. So far i love how it makes my skin moist without making it greasy. Kenapa cuma 1x seminggu? Karena i find it best to use oil-kind products ya cuma 1x seminggu. Kalau lebih jadi nya too greasy for me.———Kalau si Rose water nya too strong aroma nya buat hidung gue yg sensitive sama bau-bau an. Padahal gue suka efek nya di muka gue, seger! I just can’t stand the smell. Kalau yg enggak masalah sama strong scent sih i would recommend this. Enak banget di semprot ke muka apalagi kalau abis cuci muka gitu, jd makin seger. ———Gue penasaran sama Almond Oil nya mereka sih yg katanya bagus buat bantu menumbuhkan alis sama bulu mata. So Exhausted... and I'm so tired.. 😢 ... . Sometimes i feel part of me says all of this wants to end soon, but part of me says it won't Sometimes all I need just.. .. . Hiding in my bathroom, needing peace for just one minute, as the tears roll down my cheek Do anything to lay down on my bed and get the rest I need Sitting in my car alone, stuffing food in my face because I don’t want anyone else to see or know I eat that stuff Sleep well for a few hours without any distruption Sitting alone and enjoy my morning coffee while reading my favourite book at the coffee shop Big hug from my best friend In the end it will all be worth it. Its alright to be picky. Nothing wrong with it. As you get older, it’s important to evaluate your friendships or inner circle. Sometimes your circle decreases in size, but increases in value.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣You need surrounded with people who gives you healthy or serving a positive purpose. Why? Because you don’t need more drama in life. Be kind to everyone but for sure you need to draw boundaries with a kind of people that you might think a toxic, who seems to thrive on that drama and is constantly sucking you into it, it may be cause for concern. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣To me, friendship is being your genuine of yourself. Ups and downs. No need sugar coated or be someone else. Friendship is being able to have hard conversations and willing to listen. Friendship is looking out for each other so we don't repeat the same mistakes. Friendship is telling them like it is when they're blinded and can't think straight. Friendship is telling them they're there for you while waiting for you to calm down. Close friendships involve valuing the thoughts and emotions of another person. An important part of friendship is give and take. Sometimes you’re going to need some extra TLC, and sometimes they will. Lanjutan cerita naik Mt. Batur part.2⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Setelah dibagi beberapa kelompok akhirnya kami sekelompok dengan pemeran utama Crazy Rich Asian. Hah kok bisa? Serupa tapi tak sama 😂 ⁣⁣ Awalnya tak pikir, Wah… ada lokal juga nih, sahabat. Eh ternyata asing juga, negara tetangga yang kacak lah. Berangkatlah kita diantar mobil setempat utk dipertemukan dengan induk kami, eh guide kami, maksudnya. Setelah dibagikan senter dan perkenalan diri. Guide kami namanya Buda. Alex sempat tercenung, “Pas salaman tadı, hampir gue jawab: Kristen.” Itu salah satu joke Alex yang kadang minta ditoyor.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Tracking pun dimulai, 30 menit diawal aku sih udah pengin nyerah dan puter balik. Lah wong sakit perut coba toilet di mana gelap-gelap gitu!? Mana banyak anjing. Saat sarapan aku udah berpesan pada Alex, “Lex, lu bawa nenek-nenek. Kagak kuat dingin sama kagak kuat manjat-manjat. Jadi sabar-sabar ya. Tungguin. Gue pasti akan cerewet ngeluh dan bilang pengin nyerah. Jalan gue pasti lambat.” Dan terbukti pemirsaaahh~ Disitu kesabaran Alex diuji. All I can say, Alex is the best travel buddy so far. Sabar banget nungguin nenek-nenek jompo renta ini. Teman kelompok dan guide kami pun sabar nungguin inces yang sering ketinggalan jauh di belakang. Alex nggak henti-hentinya berkelakar yang bikin aku lupa kalo kita lagi manjat. Dinginnya amit-amit sampai buku-buku jari kaku.
